GKD ceilings systems introduce a combination of acoustical control, rigidity and suspension system components that allow specifiers to maximize design and performance in a series of fully engineered solutions. Silentmesh and Composite Mesh Plate offer solutions for large and small projects.  Benefits include:

  • Large format
  • Sound absorbency
  • Monolithic effect
  • Improved acoustics
  • High level of stability
  • Elegant aesthetics
  • No sagging
  • Precisely-shaped ceilings

GKD Silentmesh is a multi-layer ceilings system constructed using metal fabric and an underlayment of highly effective acoustic absorption material. A full portfolio of metal fabrics may be specified to create a Silentmesh system. The result is the perfect combination of acoustical control in an architecturally superior metal ceiling. Silentmesh system components are specifically engineered to deliver strength and integrity to the installed ceiling.

Composite Mesh Plate (CMP) is created by combining metal fabric with a unique aluminum honeycomb plate. Engineered to provide rigidity, CMP can be used to product custom curves as well as oversized expansive panel options. The rigorous honeycomb substrate brings stability to elegant specialty metal ceiling systems.
